RETURNS POLICY
We accept returns or exchanges for items returned in the original packaging unworn and in a saleable condition with tags intact within 10 working days of receipt.
We will accept returns for items so long as you have notified us in the first instance of your intention to return within 5 working days of receipt.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
Returns after these times will be strictly only at our discretion.

SHOE RETURNS
If shoes have pitted or marked soles or have not been tried on with foot socks or have marks we will not accept the return, and goods will be sent back to the buyer.
LINGERIE RETURNS
We do not accept returns for briefs and Basques if the hygiene strip has been removed.
WE STRICTLY DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ANY ITEM MARKED OR SMELLING OF CIGARETTE SMOKE.
RETURNS POSTAGE
Customer is responsible for return postage unless item is faulty and we check all items prior to dispatch.
We are unable to refund for items not delivered if returned, and strongly advise a signed for and insured postal service option and retain this proof of postage in case you need to make a claim against the courier/postal service used.
