DELIVERY DETAILS
Delivery and dispatch times vary with products and designers. While we would love to have our vast range all in stock it is not possible. Please also note that due to the hand crafted nature of some products dispatch times will reflect this.
Crystal tips cannot be responsible for goods not delivered on time or late due to circumstances beyond our control such as postal strikes and weather conditions. We are also not responsible for the post office lost items although we will make sure that there are tracking numbers in place.
We cannot post to PO Box addresses.
POSTAGE CHARGES
Items under £ 46.00 will be sent first class recorded @ £3.95
Items over £46.00 will be sent special delivery @ £5.90
This is to insure the goods in transit and provide tracking.
PACKAGING
All items will be presented in top quality boxes and packaging from either designers or ourselves. Only acid free tissue will be used and boxes will be place in a protective outer box or package for carriage.
